Ian Donnan

Chairman

Ian is the Chair of the charity. He line manages the foodbank, ensuring a smooth running of the day to day operations. In his spare time, Ian can often be found rustling up a culinary delight in the kitchen!

Neil Bishop

Treasurer

Neil is responsible for overseeing the finances for the charity, having been an accountant for over 40 years! In his spare time, Neil enjoys playing guitar and drinking coffee. Neil is always looking for the next opportunity for AOK to serve the Redditch community.

Caroline Baker

Trustee

Caroline is a trustee for AOK. She is a team leader in the Foodbank and always goes the extra mile to support her clients. Caroline is the Safeguarding Lead at AOK and can be contacted directly if anyone has any concerns.

Claire Carmen

Trustee

Longstanding volunteer for a variety of organisations including Stoke Mandeville Spinal Injuries Unit, National Trust Gardens, running a local Job Club and was formerly a volunteer and briefly the manager of Redditch Foodbank.

Currently a freelance careers adviser supporting clients of all ages looking for work or careers guidance. Also a school governor and trustee of a volunteer charity.

Rev. Robin Baker

Trustee

Rev Robin Baker is the founder of AOK. Robin has a big heart for the community and also serves as the Senior Minister at Oasis Christian Centre, where he has pastored with his wife Esther since 9th April 2000. In his spare time, you'll likely find him outside in the garden, or playing with his young grandson.

Dominique Needles

Trustee

Dominique is Head of HR and a member of the Senior Leadership Team at YMCA Worcestershire, bringing extensive experience in people management, leadership, and organisational development. As a Trustee, she is committed to supporting the charity's mission and helping it achieve a positive impact in the community.

Married with two sons, Dominique values spending quality time with family. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, exploring different areas of Germany, and relaxing with a good book.

Carrie Putt

Wellbeing Coordinator

Carrie works for AOK as part of their Financial Inclusion Wellbeing Service. She is based at Redditch Foodbank and heads up the weekly craft group at No24. When not working, Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, making memories! Carrie is always happy to sit down over a cuppa for a chat.

Lottie

Money Advice Caseworker

Lottie works for The Project, and is based at Redditch Foodbank. She helps people to manage their finances and maximise their household income. If you need any support with applying for benefits, such as UC or PIP, Lottie is the go-to person!

Emma Marshall

CAP Debt Centre Manager

Emma works for Christians Against Poverty (CAP) and heads up the CAP Debt Centre in Redditch and Bromsgrove. She is also based at Number 24 Church Green East. Emma is a passionate community advocate, proud mum, and is always willing to go the extra mile to help her clients.
